Executive Biography

Dick McEntee is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of CIM Financial Group.

Dick has been instrumental in the development of CIM Financial Group since 2003. He is responsible for writing and amending the corporate operating manual. This manual includes the company mission and values, organizational structure, strategic business plan, corporate and compliance policies & procedures, and code of ethics. Dick oversees company form ADV part I & II filings with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. He conducts regular compliance reviews and training. Dick completed his Series 6 and 65 securities examinations and has been an Investment Advisor Representative since 1995.

Dick is known for his illustrious 27-year career at Nalley’s Find Foods, Inc. As Vice President of Operations his leadership and communication skills were instrumental in Nalley’s becoming a top northwest regional business. As head of operations Dick was responsible for designing and leading a strict compliance program with several state and federal regulatory agencies.

Dick has a Bachelor’s of Chemical Engineering from Villanova University; he holds Advanced Management certificates from the American Management Association. He has six children and nine grandchildren and resides in University Place, Washington.
