We Respect Your Privacy
1) We never have or ever will sell customer personal information. We never have and never will disclose past, present or future non-public customer information except as required by law, such as in a Securities and Exchange audit, or as needed to service and enhance customer accounts as described below.
2) Certain employees of CIM Financial Group may be required to have access to your information in order to service your account and enhance our performance. All employees of CIM Financial Group are bound by a Code of Ethics and Conduct that requires the confidential treatment of customer information. Breaches of this code will bring swift disciplinary action. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards and continually assess new security technology to protect customer information.
3) To service our customers, we routinely collect and use personal information from sources such as:
a. Information reported by you on applications or other forms that you provide to us,
b. Information about your transactions with us and those who work for us and service your account and,
c. Information from outside sources regarding verifying your identity, employment, credit or other relationship with them.
4) CIM Financial Group has no “affiliated” companies. We have a relationship with custodians of customer accounts and may employ financial services or advisory companies and individuals with whom your information may be shared. All of these companies and individuals are contractually obligated to keep customer information confidential and will be required to have a Code of Conduct for their employees.
